Warwick had an unexpected start to his real estate career back in 2009 – while working as a golf professional, he was approached by a fellow club member to join his real estate sales team. Since then, Warwick has amassed invaluable experience in sales and marketing, working with some of Australia’s largest companies – from Sensis and KPMG to Domain and realestate.com.au – advising over 400 real estate agencies and some of the best agents around the country on strategic advertising investments to deliver the best outcomes for their clients. Warwick took on the role of Director at Ripple Realty in 2018, where his impeccable customer service and knowledge of the Tasmanian real estate market were highly regarded. In 2022, he joined forces with Mel Shutt to become the current co-owners of Ripple Realty, and they both look forward to growing the business while continuing to focus on genuine client support and satisfaction. Busy raising four young children alongside his wife, Cat, Warwick remains passionate about sports, particularly golf and football. He's actively involved in the Montagu Bay Junior Soccer Club as a board member and coach, and is a loyal Essendon supporter (wearing his Bombers jersey underneath a suit to the odd Saturday open home is not unheard of!). Satisfied and loyal clients are a testament to his expertise in the industry and commitment to achieving the very best results, with a supportive and down-to-earth approach.
